HARVEST IS COMMITTED TO THE SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF CUSTOMER DATA
The Wealth Platform offered by the Harvest group has just been awarded ISO 27001:2022 certification by BSI. This guarantees information security, cyber security and the protection of privacy. Harvest is delighted with this achievement, as it seeks to make a long-term commitment to security.
The digital distribution platform solution (Wealth Platform) marketed by the Harvest group obtained international ISO 27001 certification. This platform, which acts as an interface between insurers and distributors, simplifies the process of underwriting and managing products and contracts, and shortens processing times between the front and back offices.
For distributors, the digital distribution platform means greater operational efficiency. This SaaS solution is modular (API) and easy to adopt. It enables customers to take out policies and carry out administrative procedures from the moment the application is initiated right through to its follow-up by the back office, all within the same workflow. It covers the subscription to life insurance and capitalisation products, the management of documents and files, and allows specific settings to be made. A rich dashboard completes the package.
As far as insurers are concerned, this solution enables them to increase the number of distributors selling their products. It adapts to the level of maturity of their IT system, enables documents to be sent directly to their back office and includes electronic signature of underwriting forms.
The certification issued by the BSI certification body is a guarantee of peace of mind and confidence for customers of this solution, who now have the assurance that Harvest has put in place an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS), built on the basis of an international reference standard.
Certification is issued for three years by BSI Group, and a surveillance audit is scheduled each year.
